    successful.  I managed 25+ software, systems, and internal IT support engineers.

    Complete P&L, product development, and strategic direction responsibility for $14 million/year semiconductor
    software products division, then for $11 million/year factory automation software products division. Products
    were financially and technically successful in the USA, Asia, and Europe.  I managed 50+ software and
    systems engineers.

   AUTO-SOFT         SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH
    Complete P&L, marketing, sales and technical responsibility for a $5 million/year semiconductor
    manufacturing software product. I managed 18 engineers.

PERSONAL
I am married and have five children and one grandson.  We enjoy family camping, backpacking, canoing,
snowboarding and ATV riding.  I also enjoy running, reading, and community service. I’m an Eagle Scout and have
served in scouting and youth organizations for 25 years.
