Our Logo is symbolic of three peaks of Integrity; Personal, Relationship, and
Leadership
.  We believe they are interconnected and that we must first climb a
personal peak, then we are able to climb a relationship peak, then a leadership peak.

Each peak is higher and more difficult and builds on what is learned climbing the
previous one.  Does that mean that you have to become perfect or whole personally
before you can start working on relationships?  No, but you must be climbing. Sometimes
we can’t see the next peak until we have climbed the current one.
Three Integrity Peaks
The following are reinforcing evidences of progress we have while climbing each peak.

Personal: Peace
When we are not progressing, we are frequently in conflict ourselves.   We know we are
not living up to our potential.   We can sometimes stifle that inner conflict, but it comes
back to nag us.  The only way for us to resolve that conflict is to start a climb toward
where we know we can and should be. The result is inner
peace.

Relationship: Trust
We naturally resist being told we are broken and need to improve.  When we stop trying
to change others in our relationships and honestly try to improve ourselves, something
interesting happens.  By our honesty, openness, and willingness to change, we create
an environment that invites others to be open to want to change to improve our
relationships also.  We develop and increase
trust.

Leadership: Unity
In a leadership role, think about a person you trust, and then think about another person
that you don’t trust.   With the first person you can say or do anything to accomplish a
goal without fear of offense or misunderstanding.  You give them the desired outcome
and know that the assignment will get done.

Isn’t the experience with the other person just the opposite?  You carefully plan
everything you say and know that you will need to explain their responsibility in great
detail and follow up frequently.    What is the difference?  It may be that you need to
change.  But if you are trying to change, it may be that you haven’t yet built a
relationship of trust.   When that open and trusting relationship is developing with all
those you lead, the result is increasing
unity.
Here is a simple, but critical truth.  You can spend a lot of time and money and time on trying to improve your
organization with better people, goal setting, processes, tools and training, but until you have a degree of unity and
are constantly trying to improve that unity,
none of the other improvement efforts will work.  Why?  We are naturally
resistant to change efforts.   Without leaders with Personal and Relationship
Integrity, we build personal walls, and
we recruit others to our position.  When we trust leaders, we believe in them and their motives and desire to be a part
of their vision.  We will then eagerly help with all the other improvement efforts.

Can you begin to see how true
Leadership builds on trust in Relationships, which builds on Personal Integrity?  It is
the path to
Integrity Peak, and it is hard.  But, the results are far more than worth the effort.  Are you ready to start
